Ong Lay Ann (M.B.A.)

Lay Ann is the CEO of Weststar Ventures Inc., the current largest shareholder in the Company and the holding company for the Ong family trading interests throughout Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Manchester University and an MBA from Manchester Business School. Prior to his involvement with Weststar, Lay Ann was strategic counsel to various international corporations, including Citibank North America, Ernst & Young, Pillsbury Corporation, the Singapore Air Force and ABN AMRO Bank. He is an Executive Committee Member of the Security Chapter of the Singapore IT Federation, as well as the Singapore PKI Forum. Lay Ann is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Antony Fitzsimons holds a degree in Monetary Economics from London School of Economics. He has 10 years experience as a Chief Executive in the hospitality, banking and financial services sectors with blue chip, multinational companies. These companies have received awards for innovation and customer service as a result of long term strategies which delivered short term results. Currently Anthony is Chairman of Ruton Management Limited, offering consultancy services in executive development, business transformation and M & A. Anthony also has held a number of appointments in the public sector and is currently chairman of the Great Western Ambulance NHS Trust and Chairman of the Gloucestershire Probation Service. His expertise covers business strategy, leadership, general management, international financial management, start ups and growth companies, non executive direction public / private sector partnerships and executive coaching.
